SPIRIT OF REFUGE

Spirit of Refuge is the mercy, outreach, and restoration arm of the Embassy of YHWH, established to manifest the infallible compassion of Jesus Christ through structured service, dignity-centered aid, and prophetic care. It exists as a living extension of the Kingdom of God—an outstretched hand of Heaven—ministering to both the visible crises of humanity and the unseen dislocation of the soul.
Founded through oracular vision by Prophet Rashard Owens on July 15, 2025, Spirit of Refuge was born from a divine moment of recognition, when the Lord gently unveiled the quiet suffering of lives often unseen and unheard. In that sacred unveiling, a call was issued to create a place of covering, care, and presence—where those overlooked by systems and society could once again feel known, held, and remembered by God.
At its core, Spirit of Refuge embodies the heart of Christ toward the weary, the wounded, and the overlooked. It is a place where love is not abstract, but made tangible; where compassion is not conditional, but lavishly given; and where individuals encounter not only help for their circumstances, but care for their personhood.
Spirit of Refuge does not operate as charity alone, but as Kingdom intervention—entering broken spaces with order, light, and hope. It meets people at the point of need while restoring dignity to identity, peace to the inner man, and divine perspective to lives strained by hardship, loss, or transition.
Through every act of service, Spirit of Refuge proclaims a singular truth: God has not abandoned His people.
